The Research Intern will support an Investment Sales Advisor in Atlanta by assisting in data collection and analysis to understand local market trends and explore industry conditions that may influence commercial real estate transactions and capital allocation across the role offers hands-on experience in market research and the opportunity to develop skills in data analysis communication and industry insight.
We are committed to growing your career so in this role you will:
- Assist in analyzing market data specific to the Southeast and contribute to written reports tailored to the Investment Sales Advisors needs.
- Support data mining efforts from various sources including the Internet and third-party data providers with a focus on Southeast markets.
- Help create PowerPoint presentations for the Investment Sales Advisor highlighting key insights and opportunities in the Southeast area.
- Contribute to factual writing based on data gathered during research ensuring relevance to Southeast markets.
- Perform other duties as assigned with opportunities to learn and develop new skills specific to investment sales in the Southeast.
We are passionate about your growth so to achieve success in this role you should have:
- Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn how to interpret complex data and identify market trends particularly in the Southeast.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis and visualization with the ability to leverage these technologies to streamline research processes and uncover deeper insights into Southeast markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting research findings to the Investment Sales Advisor.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and software is a plus with a willingness to learn to enhance the clarity and impact of reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to manage multiple projects simultaneously focusing on Southeast markets.

$20 - $23 USD
