What we are looking for:
Candidates looking to gain a wealth of experience providing mental health counseling to diverse clientele in a flexible and supportive work environment. When youre a School-Based Mental Health Therapist for The Village Family Service Center you have the opportunity to advance in licensure specialize in cutting-edge therapy models and grow professionally while strengthening the lives of children adults and families in a school-based setting. Candidates should have a masters degree in counseling social work or marriage and family therapy and be licensed or license eligible (LMSW LCSW LMFT LAPC LPC LPCC).
Enjoy the School Year Rhythm! This position has the option to follow the school year schedule offering a work-life balance throughout the year. Youll enjoy full-time benefits while working a.75 FTE (9 month) schedule over the year giving you the flexibility to recharge during school breaks.
Our School-Based Mental Health Therapists are part of a team that provides support to ensure the highest quality therapeutic services are delivered to children and families from diverse populations. Pay Range: Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61000 plus incentive pay. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Please reach out if you have questions on the salary range to . Monthly Quarterly and Annual bonuses available to qualified staff for meeting productivity goals.
Job Qualifications/requirements:
- Masters degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
- Fully licensed or be on licensure track
- Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
