- Assist field teams during pack-outs inventory cleaning and content returns
- Ensure accurate item logging using inventory software and photo documentation
- Communicate with customers in a professional kind and empathetic manner
- Oversee the safe handling transport and storage of personal property
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage units
- Support team training on best practices safety and customer service
- Coordinate with office staff and project managers to ensure smooth job execution
- Perform quality checks before returning items to ensure they meet restoration standards
- Ensure all paperwork photos and digital records are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with on-site textile and content cleaning when required
- Prior experience in contents textile cleaning pack-out or restoration is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example
- Clear communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working with customers in emotionally sensitive situations
- Basic computer or mobile device proficiency (inventory apps photo documentation etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. work on your feet and move items safely
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
