Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our Controls Southeast (CSI) team- the leading provider of thermal process solutions to plants around the world. In this role you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance safety and reliability of CSIs thermal control products before they are delivered to customers. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical aptitude strong learning agility a commitment to quality and the ability to follow detailed procedures.



HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Conduct Pressure/leak tests on fabricated products in accordance with written instructions.
Inspect products for defects inconsistencies or deviations from specifications.
Document test results identify issues submit reports and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve them.
Operate and maintain testing equipment and tools.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements
Track and maintain inventory of consumables - gauges bolting plugs flanges tools gaskets etc.
Track and maintain calibration of gauges and other test equipment.
Maintain an organized well-equipped and clean work environment.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Analytical Thinking: Skill in interpreting data identifying trends and diagnosing root causes of quality issues.
Documentation and Reporting: Ability to accurately record test results write inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions.
Strong Integrity and Ethics: Commitment to honesty and transparency especially when reporting defects or non-conformities.
Patience and Persistence: Willingness to perform repetitive tasks carefully and thoroughly.
Curiosity and Continuous Learning: Openness to learning new tools technologies and quality methodologies.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain findings to engineers production staff and management.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Works well with others to uphold quality standards across departments.
Accountability: Takes ownership of their role in ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction.



Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED; technical certification or Associates degree preferred.
Strong mechanical and aptitude.
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and manual dexterity
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and specifications.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector preferred
1-2 years of experience in product testing quality control or a related field preferred


Schedule:

1st Shift Monday Friday (flexible start times between 5am - 6:30am)

Overtime as available
