ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate II Operational Excellence will support the improvement of performance of the will focus on coaching area leaders participating in Kaizen events and applying lean and six sigma tools to contribute to completion of project tasks and milestones. The role will support IMEx Deployment & Maturity and provide post-deployment support.
You will work with teams to identify and execute improvement projects. Your organizational skills will help us integrate our continuous improvement programs across the organization both vertically and horizontally. Your knowledge will ensure that the improvement programs yield results and strengthen the overall business strategies. You will work as a coach and a facilitator for improvement projects and establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success. As an Operational Excellence Associate you will support the area improvements by coaching and applying lean tools and living the IMEx elements. You will work closely with area leaders and project leads to ensure that OpEx projects drive to improvements and data driven decisions. Through your domain knowledge and commitment you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.
This position will report to the Operational Excellence Lead within the Focus Factory.
