Customer Quality Representative- Quincy ILJob SummaryThe Customer Quality Representative will act as the liaison between customers and internal departments (manufacturing warehouses sales etc.) on quality-related issues. Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints ensuring timely communication and closure. Collaborates on complex issues with cross-functional teams and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Provides quality support to commercial sales customer service and production teams while contributing to team knowledge and development. This position reports to the Customer Quality Manager.
Job Description- Manage customer complaints for Pet Solutions
- Ensure complaint program is being followed as outlined
- Own customer complaints -work with Business Managers GeneralManagers Research Operations Legal andRegulatory to manage process flow; communicate with customer to ensure full resolutionof complaint including final letter tocustomer
- Detailed weekly reporting of customer complaints to leadership team
- Lead and organize weekly call to support discussion and progress of outstanding complaints to leadership and key cross-functional teams
- Master information systems as needed to effectively perform tasks
- Liaise between customers & manufacturing sites warehouses & internal depts related to quality processes & requests
- Support Policy Tech implementation and coordination for Pet Solutions
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor Degree inScience-Related Field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years with quality or technical related experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Developed interpersonal techniques customer focused
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision; effectively plan organize and execute own activities
- Strong Communication Skills
- Consistent detail oriented
- Must be able to navigate Oracle Excel Access Salesforce

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
