Job Description
Job Summary:
You will oversee daily operations in a bonded warehouse. This includes supervising staff ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and maintaining security over imported goods. Youll keep inventory accurate and operations efficient.

Acting as the MLC Naniq is able to capture incremental profit and deepen relationships with shippers all to the benefit of the partnered MLC.
Pay Range:
$24/hr DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all bonded warehouse activities
- Ensure compliance with CBP (Customs and Border Protection) regulations
- Train and lead warehouse staff
- Coordinate receiving storing and releasing of bonded cargo
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Monitor security procedures and access controls
- Communicate with customs brokers freight forwarders and internal teams
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Enforce health and safety standards
- Report discrepancies or violations immediately
Qualifications:
- 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Familiar with U.S. Customs regulations and bonded cargo processes
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates or logistics-related degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
The work requires routine walking standing bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds will be done using team lift. Must meet physical lifting requirements of 50 lbs.
