As a Manager of SMB Sales at T-Mobile youll lead a dedicated and diverse team of Account Executives passionate about serving small and medium-sized businesses in your region. Youll guide your team to success through encouraging leadership thoughtful strategy and a dedication to growthfor your team your customers and yourself. Youll develop sales plans mentor team members and build a collaborative inclusive culture that delivers results. Your leadership will craft team performance and contribute to the broader success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Expand T-Mobiles presence by deepening customer relationships supporting retention and working toward shared sales goals.
  • Support your team in achieving sales outcomes across your assigned territory using data-informed mentor and collaborative goal setting.
  • Implement key operational initiatives while upholding strong ethical compliance and procedural standards.
  • Lead regular team conversations that promote learning connection and alignment on team priorities
  • Recruit onboard and grow a diverse team of sales professionals; provide personalized mentor that supports each team members development.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 4 years of experience in customer acquisition or sales in a performance-driven environment (Required)
  • 2 years of experience leading mentoring or handling people or teams (Required)
  • Background in telecommunications or technical sales is a plus but not required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to support team members through change and growth
  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of audiences both in group settings and one-on-one
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales with a focus on customer Confident in presenting and closing opportunities using emotional intelligence and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring and team-building practices with a dedication to crafting an equitable workplace
  • Confirmed ability to foster a culture of trust accountability and shared success

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $126500 - $228300 inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $88550 - $159810

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
