Brief Job Description:
This position (1-year temporary contract for maternity cover with possibility of renewal) is open to both junior profiles (0-2 years) and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience. The role and responsibilities will be aligned with the selected candidates experience level.
The Junior Customer Experience & Events Specialist will support the EMEA Power & IT Systems Customer Experience team with a primary focus on managing and enhancing customer visits to the Castel Guelfo facility while contributing to various marketing and communication initiatives.
Overall Core Responsibilities:
1) Support the coordination and execution of customer visits to Castel Guelfo facility:
- Assist in organizing and managing customer visits
- Help prepare presentation materials and visit documentation
- Support in gathering Voice of Customer feedback during visits
2) Marketing & Communication Support:
- Assist in creating and adapting marketing materials for regional use
- Support content creation for internal and external communications
- Help maintain and update competitive intelligence information
3) General Support Activities:
- Assist in monitoring industry trends and market activities
- Support the team providing administrative support for various team initiatives
- Help coordinate translations of global marketing collaterals
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in communications marketing Journalism or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Good project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong digital aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with various departments.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Experience: This position is open to both junior profiles (0-2 years) and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience. The role and responsibilities will be aligned with the selected candidates experience level. Any experience gained in an international environment will be considered a plus.
Time Travel Needed:
- Occasional travel required for internal meetings and external events. Primary location will be at Castel Guelfo facility.
