Are you passionate about delivering excellent housing services and empowering communities Join us as aTMO Officerand play a vital role in supporting and monitoring the services provided by Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) across Havering.
About the Role
As a TMO Officer you will be the key liaison between the Council and TMOs ensuring residents receive high-quality housing management services. You will coordinate service delivery monitor performance and support governance and financial oversight. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on support.
