Job Description

Recruitment Professionals is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected
legal practice in Winchester for an experienced Litigation Assistant to join
their team.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will support a busy litigation department
primarily focusing on contentious property matters. This is an excellent
opportunity for a skilled legal professional with a strong background in
litigation to contribute to a well-regarded firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting solicitors with contentious property cases from instruction
to resolution
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Managing case files preparing court bundles and conducting legal
research
Liaising with clients courts and other third parties
Ensuring compliance with procedural rules and deadlines

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years experience in a litigation support role
Strong knowledge of contentious property law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage a varied caseload
