Welcome to the Munich Marriott Hotel!
You are the first impression for our guests and ensure they feel at home from the very firstmoment. With your warm welcome valuable tips about the area and extensive knowledge of our hotel offerings you make their stay specialfrom check-in to check-out.
As one of the oldest Marriott hotels in Germany we combine tradition with modern Bavarian charm offering a unique atmosphere.
To strengthen our Front Office team we are looking for a Guest Experience Expert (m/f/d) to start immediately our team and help create unforgettable guest experiences!

What to expect:
- You ensure the optimal preparation of our guests stay check them in and remain their main point of contact throughout their visit.
- In coordination with Housekeeping you make sure rooms are ready on time.
- If something isnt right you address it and escalate the issue to the appropriate department.
- You work closely with all hotel departments to provide our guests with the best possible stay.
What were looking for:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality
- Initial experience in reception is an advantage
- Passion for hosting and enjoyment in interacting with our international guests
- Absolute reliability and responsibility
- Flexibility solution-oriented mindset and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of the Opera hotel program is a plus
- Good German and very good English skills
