Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Acting as an in-house consultant and providing ad-hoc analyses/concepts related to strategic IT topics currently relevant in the industry
• Shaping the future set-up and processes of our international IT foundation according to our customers needs
• Overseeing and supporting the implementation of strategic IT projects and initiatives ensuring they move in sync according to plan and align with the broader business strategy context
• Ensuring coordination of the entire department with regard to cross-departmental leadership topics
• Collaborating with leaders and their respective teams to identify prioritise and steer strategic IT initiatives
• Preparing and coordinating international senior management meetings for the department lead

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Bachelors or masters degree in IT computer science economics (with an IT focus) or a related field
• Proven experience in IT project management planning and execution including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (also in English) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Organised structured and trustworthy way of working
• Analytical mindset and the ability to process complex information with a willingness to understand the different perspectives within the IT foundation

Desirable extras.

• Experience in SAP transformation projects and a background in consulting
• In-depth knowledge of relevant emerging technologies and their potential in a retail business context
• Experience working with Power BI (or a similar tool)
