Position Description:

We are Canadas largest independent information technology services firm and we are still growing! We are expanding in Atlantic Canada and we need your skills enthusiasm and dedication as part of our team.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure DevOps services with extensive experience in modern technologies and frameworks.
Join this exciting new initiative as a DevOps Engineer.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Design implement and maintain scalable Azure-based infrastructure using IaC tools (ARM and Bicep).
2. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or related tools.
3. Automate deployment monitoring and alerting for cloud-native applications.
4. Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning secrets management and compliance checks.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across development staging and production environments.
6. Monitor system performance availability and capacity planning.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1. 5 years of experience in DevOps with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
2. Deep understanding of Azure services including AKS App Services Functions Storage and Networking.
3. Proficiency in infrastructure as code (ARM templates and Bicep).
4. Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
5. Strong scripting skills (PowerShell Bash Python).
Required Level of Education (include certifications):
1. University or Technical Diploma in IT discipline with equivalent experience.
2. Formal Relevant Certification(s) will be nice to have.
