About the Role: The Support Analyst I is a full-time non-exempt position reporting to the Associate Director of IT Services. Responsibilities include providing first-level technical support for hardware software and network issues; documenting support processes; assisting in system installations and configurations; and contributing to IT security and disaster recovery efforts. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelors preferred) 13 years of experience in IT support strong communication and problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. Familiarity with both Windows and macOS remote support tools and basic network administration is essential.
