Glaucoma Surgeon Ophthalmologist - Sign on Bonus Relocation Reimbursement Available! - Phoenix AZ
Join an established practice looking for a Full-time Glaucoma Surgery Ophthalmologist to see medical surgical and laser patients.
Details:
- 5 days a week 4 days in clinic 1 day in ASC
- 4 days a week and Part Time options available
- 24-28 patients per day
- Call Schedule: Shared with other MDs (9 weeks/year)
- Great Tech & Scribe Support
- Updated technology including EMA EHR Nextgen PM
Compensation and Benefits:
- Very strong compensation package: Salary ($350000 or more Production Bonus)
- Sign-on Bonus available
- Relocation Reimbursement available

- $3000 CE Allowance
- 4 weeks of PTO 6 Holidays 1 Floating Holiday
