Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of multiple events including but not limited to; corporate events tournaments social events and weddings
- Set up and breakdown banquet/meeting space per Banquet Event Order instructions including tables and chairs table condiments (salt pepper sugar etc.) linens place settings center pieces and all other event provisions
- Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
- Ensure glasses are refilled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
- Monitors banquet team members to ensure all operating procedures are followed
- Supervises clearing and post function cleanup and garbage removal
- Maintains clean and orderly back areas pre-function areas and storage areas
- Assures that all china glassware silverware linen etc are returned to their proper locations after each event
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquets or restaurant preferred but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
