The Digital Engineering Lead will be a pivotal role at Pfizer-Sanford driving the advancement of transformation in the digital space by overseeing data visualization data gathering and organization dashboard management and other digital transformation role will lead a team focused on transforming complex data into clear visual insights and overseeing the deployment and adoption of digital solutions across the business.
What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Lead the design development and deployment of data solutions to drive business insights and decision-making
- Oversee the collection organization and maintenance of data to ensure its accuracy and accessibility
- Create and manage reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Desktop Tableau Server) that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators to drive business insights and decision making
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions and data initiatives
- Lead a team responsible for the creation of dashboards collection and organization of data and deployment and management of digital solutions across the organization
- Ensure and uphold best practices in data modeling data visualization techniques and data querying to optimize the sites data management and analytical capabilities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in digital transformation
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of
experience; - OR a masters degree with at least 2 years of experience;
- OR a PhD with 0 years of experience;
- OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience;
- OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in data visualization data management and deploying digital solutions
- Expert understanding of data modeling ETL processes data visualization techniques DAX Power Query SQL databases
- Experience in machine learning techniques Excel (including Power Pivot) and SharePoint lists
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) data management systems and dashboard creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Position supports 24/7 operations. Possibility of some travel and weekend work as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $112700.00 to $187800.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
