- Up to 900 births per annum at a Level 4 maternity service
- Public antenatal & gynaecology clinics; colonoscopies supported by other clinicians
- Work alongside 45 midwives, VMOs, registrars, and HMOs
- Affiliated with Monash University
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team providing quality O&G services
- Care for both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Participate in the on-call O&G roster
- Contribute to teaching and training of junior medical staff
- Ensure safe, patient-centred care with clinical excellence
- AHPRA registration as a Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- FRANZCOG or equivalent
- Recent experience in public hospital O&G practice
- Strong commitment to teaching, quality care, and rural health service delivery
- Experience in regional/rural settings (highly regarded)
- Participation in the on-call roster is essential
