Job Description

We are seeking a team player to join our team as an Inventory Control Clerk!

As an Inventory Clerk you ll be responsible for managing and controlling finished goods and raw material inventory while supporting order processing shipping receiving and documentation functions. You ll ensure accuracy in our ERP system handle documentation for hazardous materials and help keep operations running smoothly.

This is an onsite role in Wendell NC!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control inventory of finished goods and raw materials to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Accurately post inventory movements and transactions in the ERP system and generate customer invoices.
  • Process and ship foil orders returns (RMA/RTS) and other shipments in compliance with customer and company standards.
  • Prepare hazmat paperwork for dangerous goods shipments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods following established company procedures.
  • Pick pack and ship make-to-order items in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventory activities.
  • Monitor and order warehouse and shipping supplies to avoid disruption in daily operations.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 4 years of related inventory or warehouse experience

Comfortable using ERP systems PCs and radio frequency (RF) scanning devices

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices

Strong attention to detail
