Job Title: Junior RF Planning and Optimization Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Radio Network Optimization Engineer to join our team working in support of telecom operator projects. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a foundational understanding of mobile networks and a desire to grow their technical expertise in real-world deployments.


Job Location: Athens Greece


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support optimization of 2G/4G/5G radio access networks
  • Troubleshoot radio network issues to improve coverage capacity and quality
  • Generate reports and KPIs to track network performance
  • Perform drive test analysis and post-processing using standard tools
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including RF planning and performance
  • Support integration activities


    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Excellent knowledge of English
    • 12 years of experience in telecom or network-related projects will be preferred
    • Exposure to scripting (Python SQL) for data analysis is preferred
    • Basic experience with tools such as TEMS Actix or similar is preferred
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced telecom environment
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
