Job Title:Spare Part Coordinator
Job Location: Athens Greece
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office spare part management and spare part delivery service
- Output and update the spare delivery plan in order to ensure the network safety
- Reporting and meeting with customers be escalation point for spare part service
- Safety stock Management routine review and update in co-operation with regional spare part planner
- Spare parts warehouse management monitor and control delivery inventory stocktaking and inbound/outbound operations
- Responsible for On-time-service in the networks and internal KPI fulfillment
- Monthly review and processing of invoicing and financial information related to spare part service
- Internal control and audit in spare part service
- Needs to comprehend basic telecommunication network principles and logistics tasks
Requirements:
- 1- 3 years of experience in a similar position will be considered
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent command of the English language & strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Sense of ownership and commitment to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
