Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics track international shipments and ensure seamless communication between suppliers installation teams and internal stakeholders. This hands-on high-impact role requires strong organizational skills responsiveness and problem-solving abilities to directly contribute to operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments including container tracking and delivery scheduling.
- Liaise with customs brokers freight forwarders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation tracking details and delivery confirmations.
- Support installation teams and project managers by ensuring on-time material deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs based on project timelines.
- Identify opportunities to optimize logistics efficiency reduce costs and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in logistics supply chain or shipping coordination; construction or architectural industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with international freight processes customs documentation and shipment tracking systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented proactive and highly communicative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $65000 $85000 commensurate with experience.
