Job Description
- Location: Rutland VT 05702
- Duration: 12 weeks Contract
- Weekly Pay Rate: $456 - $608
- Shift: 10:00 PM End: 6:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week
- Assist patients with bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
- Take and record vital signs weights and other patient data
- Support mobility needs repositioning transferring and ambulating patients
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to patient needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment (change bed linens sanitize equipment etc.)
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Document care provided in medical records or electronic charting systems
- Collaborate with RNs LPNs and interdisciplinary teams for quality patient care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid LNA License (required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required)
- 6 months to 1 year of LNA experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent communication patience and teamwork skills.
