Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing Facility
Location:Pennsylvania
(Onsite skilled nursing setting)
Full-Time and Part-Time Available
Multiple Openings
Various Shifts Available:
-
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
-
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
-
Night Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekends and holidays may be required based on facility needs

$35 $38/hour depending on experience and shift

W2 position with weekly pay
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility setting. RNs are responsible for clinical oversight of patient care supervising support staff and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are team-oriented dependable and passionate about long-term care nursing.
Key Responsibilities:-
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor and assess resident health status and document observations accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
-
Supervise LPNs CNAs and other support staff to ensure delivery of quality care
-
Communicate with residents and family members to address concerns and provide education
-
Respond to emergencies and perform nursing interventions as needed
-
Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation in the EMR
-
Participate in shift report and ensure continuity of care between shifts
-
Active RN license in Pennsylvania (unencumbered)

CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred)

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is preferred

Strong clinical judgment and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
