Full Time -Direct Hire
Seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Commissioning Lead to manage full-cycle commissioning of HVAC/mechanical systems in semiconductor environments ensuring compliance with ASHRAE standards cleanroom certification and energy efficiency requirements.
Responsibilities-
Develop and execute HVAC commissioning plans aligned with ASHRAE and project standards.

Lead design reviews prepare test procedures and coordinate with TAB contractors.

Oversee factory testing site inspections and installation verification.

Manage functional and integrated systems testing including cleanroom and exhaust systems.

Maintain detailed documentation validate performance and ensure energy code compliance.

Conduct team coordination training sessions and support system turnover and post-occupancy testing.

Bachelor s in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

5 years of HVAC commissioning experience in semiconductor facilities.

Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards cleanroom systems and controls.

OSHA 30 required; commissioning certification preferred.
