Construction Engineer
Emeryville CA


Full Time / Direct Hire

About:

We are looking for a Construction Engineer to join our team. This role is mainly based on-site (current location in California) and supports the Project Manager and team with day-to-day project tasks. The position involves helping with construction coordination safety quality cost tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage construction work to meet project goals and plans

  • Support bidding and keep project documents organized

  • Review and track submittals and RFIs

  • Check as-built drawings and assist with quality and safety efforts

  • Handle equipment deliveries and inspections

  • Prepare and manage project closeout documents

  • Assist with cost tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Construction Science or Engineering

  • Up to 4 years of related experience

Additional Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Able to learn new software for managing and reporting project tasks

  • Experience with mobile devices and VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) tools is a plus

  • Must be open to frequent travel depending on project needs
