Construction Engineer

About:
We are looking for a Construction Engineer to join our team. This role is mainly based on-site (current location in California) and supports the Project Manager and team with day-to-day project tasks. The position involves helping with construction coordination safety quality cost tracking and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Help manage construction work to meet project goals and plans

Support bidding and keep project documents organized

Review and track submittals and RFIs
-
Check as-built drawings and assist with quality and safety efforts

Handle equipment deliveries and inspections

Prepare and manage project closeout documents

Assist with cost tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Construction Science or Engineering
-
Up to 4 years of related experience
Additional Skills:
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Able to learn new software for managing and reporting project tasks
-
Experience with mobile devices and VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) tools is a plus
-
Must be open to frequent travel depending on project needs
