Full Time /Direct Hire
A leading manufacturer of architectural millwork is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join its newly established facility in Bradenton Florida. This is a full-time on-site role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in woodworking or cabinet making and experience in procurement processes.
Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials in alignment with project specifications

Review millwork and cabinetry drawings for material take-offs

Coordinate production schedules with the Plant Manager Engineers and Project Managers

Oversee receiving logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy

Support general administrative duties including printing plans and preparing job folders
Qualifications:
-
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
-
Experience in woodworking and/or cabinet manufacturing (required)

Prior experience in procurement and production scheduling (preferred)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision

Positive attitude with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
