We are looking for a well-organized and detail-focused Project Scheduler to help plan coordinate and manage multiple projects. This role involves creating and maintaining project schedules tracking progress identifying risks and helping ensure projects are finished on time. The ideal candidate is analytical a team player and works well in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and update project schedules using scheduling software and internal systems.
Coordinate field staff and subcontractors based on project needs and timelines.
Monitor project progress and communicate any delays or changes to stakeholders.
Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to align resources and priorities.
Track milestones and keep scheduling documentation accurate and current.
Support meeting planning logistics and other administrative tasks.
Respond to last-minute changes and adjust schedules as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in scheduling project coordination or administrative support.
Strong time management organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project); experience with other scheduling tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics operations or field service scheduling.
Background in construction manufacturing or automation.
Bachelor s degree in Business Communications Organizational Leadership or a related field.
