Job Description

CNC Programmer
Terre Haute IN

Full Time / Direct Hire
About :

This position supports the production of high-precision components for critical applications in aerospace defense and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Program 3 4 and 5-axis CNC machines using Autodesk Fusion or Mastercam based on CAD models or technical drawings

  • Select appropriate cutting tools feeds and speeds for materials like aluminum steel stainless steel and titanium

  • Design and program machining and inspection tooling

  • Create clear and detailed setup sheets aligned with shop standards

  • Revise CNC programs as needed due to engineering or production changes

  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor

  • Perform related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of CNC machine operation experience (4 and 5-axis preferred)

  • At least 3 years of full-time CNC programming experience with 4 and 5-axis machines using CATIA V5 and/or Mastercam X4 or newer

  • Working knowledge of G-Code

  • Familiarity with GD&T blueprint reading and use of inspection tools

  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office skills
