It has grown exponentially driven by strong unit economics and is now seeking to expand its leadership team across multiple roles.
About the role:
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who can identify onboard and manage a network of content creators and influencers that align with Fitelos brand values. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness building customer trust and boosting community engagement through influencer-led content and campaigns.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Identifying and evaluating relevant micro and macro influencers across Instagram YouTube and other emerging platforms.
- Managing end-to-end influencer campaigns-from outreach onboarding and briefing to content tracking and payments.
- Co-creating campaign briefs aligned with Fitelos product launches seasonal promotions and brand awareness objectives.
- Negotiating collaborations and contracts with influencers and agencies to ensure ROI and brand alignment.
- Tracking key performance metrics such as reach engagement conversions and cost per acquisition.
- Maintaining strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships and ambassador programs.
- Staying updated on industry trends platform changes and emerging influencer talent in fitness health and lifestyle spaces.
An ideal candidate will have:
- 1 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator collaborations preferably in D2C health or wellness brands.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and platform dynamics (Instagram YouTube Threads etc.).
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-backed decisions.
- Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics content hooks and storytelling.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Communication Media Studies Advertising or a related field; certifications in Digital or Influencer Marketing are a plus.
