We are hiring for one of the leading private bank.
Job Title: Relationship Manager Collections
Department: Retail Asset Collections / Collections & Recovery
Location: Kolkata
Job Purpose:
To manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of dues through strategic
follow-up negotiation and relationship management while maintaining compliance with regulatory and
organizational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline ( preferred)
2 5 years of experience in collections recovery or retail banking
Field collection experience and familiarity with local geography preferred
Two-wheeler with license (for field roles)
