Customer Experience Associate

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for customers helping to ensure every interaction is positive efficient and aligned with our brand values. You ll handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure a smooth overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Document interactions and track feedback in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

  • Maintain a high standard of service in every interaction

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with CRM platforms and support tools (preferred but not required)

  • Previous customer service or support experience (preferred)

  • Reliable internet connection for remote roles
