Job Description
Location: Cincinnati Ohio
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance usability.
- Prepare detailed documentation of application functionalities processes and workflows.
- Conduct regular system audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the effective use of applications.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend upgrades and enhancements.
- Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to project deliverables.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java SQL or Python.
- Familiarity with database management systems and web technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in application analysis and support.
- Experience with specific application platforms and technologies relevant to organizational needs.
- Previous involvement in project management or leading project initiatives is a plus.
- Experience in user training and support services.
