Overview
The MBBS Medical Officer plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community in Varanasi Uttar Pradesh. This position is integral to the organization as it involves diagnosing and treating patients managing healthcare resources and ensuring that patients receive high-quality medical attention. The Medical Officer is expected to work closely with healthcare teams educate patients about health issues and implement effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Registered with the Medical Council of India.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of relevant medical software and health information systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with public health issues and preventive healthcare.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of local health policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
