Overview
The SAP S4 HANA CFIN OTC Banking Associate plays a critical role in optimizing the Order to Cash (OTC) processes within the SAP S4 HANA environment. This position ensures smooth financial transactions and banking operations serving as a bridge between the finance and IT departments. By leveraging expertise in Central Finance (CFIN) and banking solutions this associate will enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Key responsibilities involve analyzing current systems providing support during implementations and troubleshooting any emerging issues. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining processes and implementing best practices in financial transactions ultimately driving the organization towards achieving its financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage banking processes electronic bank statements and integrations
- Support and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes (invoicing cash application credit management)
- Ensure data replication and reconciliation across systems
- Drive compliance with banking regulations and risk mitigation
- Provide issue resolution documentation and end-user training
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3 5 years of experience in IT/Finance with 3 years in SAP CFIN OTC Banking
- Hands-on experience with S4/HANA Finance Controlling and Asset Management
- Strong communication collaboration and customer-facing experience
- Agile mindset with results-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in cross-functional diverse teams
