You have to recruit / find new franchise to setup Play school under our brand

Work form home / Part time job

This position is centered on identifying recruiting and supporting potential franchisees who align with our vision of providing exceptional early childhood education. The recruiter will play a critical role in driving the growth of our franchise model ensuring that each new franchisee embodies the core values of our brand. As a representative of our organization the recruiter will not only manage the recruitment process but also provide potential franchisees with the necessary information and resources to make informed decisions. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while being entrusted with the responsibility of growing our presence in new markets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a strategic approach to franchise recruitment will be essential in achieving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential franchisees in various markets.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct presentations to potential franchisees about the brand and its benefits.
  • Review and assess franchise applications and qualifications.
  • Conduct background checks and perform due diligence on potential franchisees.
  • Attend franchise expos and networking events to promote franchise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective franchisees.
  • Support potential franchisees through the onboarding process.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the franchise business model and operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and candidate interactions.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and franchise growth.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential franchisees in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of the franchise model.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in franchise recruitment or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the franchise business model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and persuade potential clients.
  • Experience with CRM software and recruitment tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with early childhood education is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for training and recruitment events when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and generate reports.
  • A team-oriented attitude with a strong drive to achieve goals.
