- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Conduct presentations to potential franchisees about the brand and its benefits.
- Review and assess franchise applications and qualifications.
- Conduct background checks and perform due diligence on potential franchisees.
- Attend franchise expos and networking events to promote franchise opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective franchisees.
- Support potential franchisees through the onboarding process.
- Provide comprehensive information about the franchise business model and operations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and candidate interactions.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities and franchise growth.
- Respond to inquiries from potential franchisees in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of the franchise model.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in franchise recruitment or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the franchise business model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and persuade potential clients.
- Experience with CRM software and recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with early childhood education is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for training and recruitment events when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market data and generate reports.
- A team-oriented attitude with a strong drive to achieve goals.
