Position Overview:
You will become part of a vibrant community of professionals committed to helping others thrive. This remote performance-based role offers the flexibility to design your own schedule while contributing to a larger purpose. You will work independently as a contractor with the support of our established framework and resources.
Your Role:
- Provide expert coaching to clients guiding them on their personal and leadership development journeys.
- Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and change.
- Build strong relationships with clients fostering trust and providing ongoing support.
- Engage in weekly online training and development with our global community.
- Use social media to connect with potential clients and share your expertise (training provided).
- Conduct client intake and assessment sessions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience.
- Deep understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Zoom and other virtual tools.
- Experience using social media for networking and professional purposes.
- A strong alignment with our values of growth impact and community.
- Self-directed and passionate about empowering others.
