About the Role
As Sales Manager - Growth & Destination Retreat youll take the lead in connecting with clients and guiding them through our life-changing offerings. Youll also support and mentor a growing team helping others succeed while expanding our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our online personal development programs and destination retreats
- Conduct virtual discovery sessions with prospective clients
- Build strong trust-based relationships and guide clients through enrollment decisions
- Mentor and support less experienced team members
- Contribute to sales strategy and outreach efforts
- Represent our brand with authenticity integrity and enthusiasm
What Were Looking For
- Passion for wellness coaching or personal growth
- Proven background in sales business development or client engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative leadership-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated well-organized and results-focused
- Experience with digital sales tools CRM systems or e-learning platforms is a plus
