Join Vibrus Group as an Outside Sales Representative (Staffing) in Metro Detroit!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Metro Detroit area.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  3. Present and promote Vibrus Groups staffing solutions to potential clients.
  4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in outside sales preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Knowledge of the Metro Detroit area and local business landscape.
  6. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
