Planner - Preparation Coordinator

A leading Waste-to-Energy plants in the Netherlands are seeking a Planner - Preparation Coordinator in the Overhauls department, you'll play a key role in ensuring that maintenance projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and above all, safely.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Optimise planning processes and resource allocation for maintenance revisions.
• Develop and monitor detailed schedules while coordinating across various sub-projects.
• Work closely with project management to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment between teams.
• Provide support through data management and ensuring necessary facilities are in place.
• Identify planning deviations and proactively implement corrective measures.
• Report progress, deviations, and necessary adjustments to the project lead, escalating when needed.
• Take ownership of the preparation phases of revision projects-initiating, tracking, and reporting as necessary.

Your Profile

• You hold an HBO-level qualification or are open to obtaining relevant training.
• You have proven experience in planning and scheduling large-scale projects.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
• You prioritise safety and contribute actively to a secure working environment.
