Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Service Engineers to provide support and technical assistance regarding desktops laptops printers related software and networking devices. You should be quick to respond to these computer issues. You should be well aware of the technical difficulties and how to resolve them in the best possible way.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance regarding any operating system issues.
- Ensure all the desktop computer systems are working properly.
- Refer unresolved issues to the higher officials such as Technical Support Manager and provide useful suggestions.
- Maintain and update the record of issues and take measures to prevent those issues in the future.
- Make report of the customer queries
- Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a IT Support Engineer or Technical Support role.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems and peripherals in network setup.
- Exceptional knowledge of working with Windows/ Linux and Mac OS systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries.
- Experience with various network connections addressing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficient knowledge of antivirus software.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
