As a Social Media & Content Executive at DBTech youll be the voice behind our brand. From crafting scroll-stopping posts to managing our career page and driving engagement youll turn strategy into storytelling.

You wont just follow trends youll help set them. This role is your chance to build brand love attract top talent and spark real conversations that grow our digital presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Post daily content on all relevant social media platforms as per the content plan.
  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
  • Manage and regularly update the DBTech Crew career page.
  • Collaborate with the web and UI teams to ensure up-to-date and engaging content on the career section.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to plan and finalize social media posts.
  • Actively engage with our online audience and encourage interaction.
  • Upload blogs and content across relevant platforms.
  • Create short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for YouTube and Instagram using compelling captions and relevant hashtags.
  • Schedule and automate posts using tools such as Buffer Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
  • Foster community building and enhance brand loyalty through interactive content.
  • Organically grow our follower base and reach.
  • Plan execute and monitor boosted posts or ad campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with platform algorithms emerging trends and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine strategies and content.

  • Basic skills in photo and video editing tools.
  • Good understanding of how social media algorithms work.
  • Basic knowledge of on-page SEO with a willingness to learn more.
