Job Summary:
Our client a leading company in the cosmetics and dermatology sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Sales Representative to manage and lead a team of sales professionals across Uganda. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling cosmetic and dermatological products and a proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead coach and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the company s presence in the dermatology and cosmetic product market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including dermatologists pharmacists clinics and beauty retailers.
Conduct regular performance reviews sales meetings and field visits with the sales team.
Train team members on product knowledge sales techniques and customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support product promotions launches and campaigns.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts reports and market insights.
Ensure adherence to company policies ethical standards and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales specifically within the cosmetics or dermatology industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of skincare and dermatological product lines.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and drive execution.
