We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients.

Track and manage client accounts ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
Prepare regular reports on client feedback service status and performance metrics.
Assist in identifying growth opportunities within client accounts.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field (preferred).
1 years of experience in client service account management or related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
