Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for their next Reservations Supervisor to join the Reservations Team! Find this hotel next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards and it is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk and near downtown dining.
Our ideal candidate has previous Reservations or Front Office experience ideally already trained in ONQ RnI and Dephi and has a keen attention to details.
Shift Pattern: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday with weekend availability if needed.
Pay Rate:$27.17 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Reservations Supervisor you will oversee the efficient operation of the reservations department and the group reservation process to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue. You will be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
