Scrum Master Limited Assortment at a glance
Were seeking a highly collaborative and proactiveScrum Master/Project Managerto join our cross-functional agile pod focused on driving innovation and growth in theLimited Assortment channelincluding club dollar convenience and value retailers. In this role youll be responsible for enabling agile ways of working removing barriers to progress and ensuring continuous delivery of high-impact solutions that are right-sized for the unique needs of value-driven retail formats.
Whats on the menu
Lead sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives sprint reviews and other agile rituals to keep the team focused aligned and on track.
Partner with Project Owner and Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end commercialization process of Limited Assortment Innovations from initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review
Build and manage timeline of the project and product development; Align POD members on their commitments with the timelines to ensure on time delivery
Coach the pod on agile principles helping the team balance speed and structure while adapting quickly to feedback and new insights.
Identify and resolve impediments that hinder progresswhether operational organizational or resource-relatedto keep Limited Assortment initiatives moving forward.
Tracking key metrics reporting progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.

I have experience as a Scrum Master or Project Management preferably in a product development or CPG innovation environment.
I have strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies or proven experience in product development and commercialization
I have a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
I have excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
I have experience supporting test-and-learn innovation cycles or commercialization processes.
I have passion for team empowerment iterative learning and removing barriers to execution.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102100.00 - $127600.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
