Job Description

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager Employee Experience is a strategic and operational leader responsible for enhancing the employee journeyfrom onboarding through offboarding. This role partners closely with HR teams to design and deliver experiences that foster engagement growth and empowerment at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of the employee journey ensuring a seamless and meaningful experience across all lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Talent Management and Talent Development to embed people-first practices into hiring onboarding development and transitions.
  • Drive employee listening strategies (e.g. surveys focus groups) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Support initiatives that promote inclusion recognition and psychological safety.
  • Develop toolkits and resources for people leaders to cultivate high-performing values-driven teams.

Core Competencies:

  • Employee-Centric Design: Ability to map and optimize the employee journey with empathy and insight.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at building partnerships across HR and business units.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize data and feedback into meaningful improvements.
  • Coaching & Enablement: Supports and empowers leaders to create positive team cultures.
  • Innovation Mindset: Continuously seeks new ways to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • 710 years of experience in HR with a strong preference for HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture.
  • Strong analytical communication and change management skills.

Compensation information: Offers are based on experience and education.

$92872.00 - $116084.80 annually
