Job Description
Product Manager needs 7 years of Product Management experience
Product Manager requires:
- Proven track record in Sales and Support technologies
- Experience in launching and managing tech products AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Generative AI / Agentic AI Demonstrated track record of integrating GenAI into products
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field
- Ability to define KPIs derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Amazon Bedrock AWS SageMaker
- Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems UX and Tooling Familiarity: Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools Experience working with UX teams for AI-powered user experiences
Product Manager duties:
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate product success and areas of improvement AI Integration
- Lead the integration of Generative AI / Agentic AI to deliver automation and personalization
- Stay updated with AI trends and collaborate with engineering/data science on AI feature
