Senior Mechanical Engineer
Newark Delaware
Direct Hire Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering calculations and mechanical design solutions for complex applications
- Lead field investigations HVAC load studies and energy modeling projects
- Manage and mentor junior engineering staff while ensuring quality control
- Serve as project manager on mechanically-driven facilities projects
- Coordinate with clients code officials and permitting offices
- Develop project management plans budgets and schedules
- Participate in client presentations and business development initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET accredited)
- Professional Engineer License required
- 12 years of HVAC and plumbing systems design experience
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and building load simulation programs
- Strong understanding of building energy and mechanical/plumbing codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Project management experience preferred
